Mininotes 2007 v3.0
Runs on .Net Framework 2.0
Use MiniNotes 2007 to store
notes, reminders, ToDo lists and memos without cluttering up your
Desktop.
MiniNotes 2007 is a 10 page text
editor designed to keep and save fast-notes while you are working at
your desktop. Originally designed as a tool for developers, this
handy little utility as evolved into a robust note keeper.
You have ten different pages for
storing notes. Each page can accept up to 30000 characters. The page
titles can be renamed by clicking on the menu "Configure Tabs",
which opens up the 'Tab Configuration' window.
When the 'Tab Configuration'
window opens you can then edit the name of the Tab. To save your
changes click on the 'OK' button. This will change the Tab Page name
and close the window where you have been working.
To save Desktop real estate you
can let MiniNotes 2007 run in the Taskbar until you need it. To do
this, push the F9 key. Then, when you are ready to work with
Mini-Notes once again, double-click on the icon in the Taskbar; or
click on it with the right mouse button.
Your notes are saved
automatically whenever the program performs a normal close. To
delete a note, empty the textbox on the appropriate page.
MiniNotes2007 is written in C#.
Therefore, you need Microsoft's Dot Net Framework, version 2.0
installed on your machine for the program to run. The notes that you
generate are stored in the application path as text files - one text
file per page. If you are
using the original Mini-Notes, download and install this program,
and then copy the text files from the original folder into the
MiniNotes2007 folder. You Tab settings will automatically be taken
over by MiniNotes 2007, so there is no need to reconfigure them.
