WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING PROVISIONS, PINDERSOFT MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT BIRTHDAY ORGANIZER PS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR FREE FROM INTERRUPTIONS OR OTHER FAILURES OR THAT BIRTHDAY ORGANIZER PS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
